Oh, yes indeed. Soulless Sam had sex with hippy-dippy girl when Dean was captured by the faries, he had sex with a prostitute while he and Dean were still kinda-sorta not together in the first part of season six, he oggled women all the time, just - not having any of that manners/shyness/emotions come first/whatever filters he normally has. That was all in season six. Having no soul really let the inner sexy beast out.

Season seven...he was kinda 'hell crazy' and such and i don't think, other than being nice/sympathetic to the girl in the hospital with him (who saw her dead brother), he didn't really connect with anyone at all. Can't remember 100 percent, but, don't think so.
