I don't know when Sam turned to loving hunting but I'd like to see more depth in that. Just like I'd like a little more info on the "Dean's getting worse". How? Because he had a nightmare? Because he can't hold the book of the damned? He used the blade to kill Cain and then gave it to Cas and the mark hasn't taken over in any violent situations he's been in since then. Don't get me wrong, I definitely want to see Dean getting worse. I just haven't seen it so far.
