Prodigal-Anon writes almost nothing but tickle!kink, and a lot of it is pretty gen. I don't think the characters explicitly say its a kink for them, but given how central it is to their friendships it clearly is. Your friend might find something she likes in the masterlist if tickling appeals to her. It's SPN, so except for Charlie it's all guys, though.
