This is so extremely wonderful. <3 It's everything I love about the way you write, and the sharp, vivid way you have of capturing small details with huge emotional, character resonances. This manages to be cute but also devastating, riddled with the pain and tension of S7 even as the lightness of it remains so very real--and not a veneer, or some sort of straw man. Each small scene in this just sears itself into your memory, and makes you fall in love with Sam and Dean and that giant slinky all over again. Perfect!
