What is that gif? Where did it come from? Perhaps most importantly, why can't I stop staring at it?

Might I suggest that there is this slight hesitation, a few seconds of insecurity/trepidation/self-conciousness and then he just gives in to it, his eyes widen and his head goes back and I just...gah. Words fail me; I can't even articulate it.
