I know, poor Sam... I can just see the next episode, starting right where the previous one ended, scrambling to get Sam back - and for all Dean has this budding community, who could he really get to help him? If he could find Cas, Cas is likely to know something that could help (unless Zeke was just worried Cas would recognize him as not and angel or just not Ezekiel). I doubt that Show has much to do with Sam drinking demon blood again, though, so they would have to get out of it fast after the drama, that's why I'm thinking Crowley would work.
Of course, this will never ever happen on the show.
