I kind of love Wuthering Heights, but I love it in the same way I love other Victorian horror stories like Dracula, Carmilla, or The Turn of the Screw. I think it helps to recognize that Emily Bronte doesn't think she's depicting a positive romantic relationship. It's a horror story where sexual passion is the monster.
