Hee, nope, just messy! It used to stay mostly brushed-looking, but for some time now, hours after I brush it is just starts forming dreadlocks again. It's pointless and I don't care enough to fight it, had it not been an appropriate-y thing I'd just let it be the dreadlocks it seems to want to be.... as it is, I mostly just gave up brushing, and I untangle it with my fingers every few days. IDK. I don't understand my hair or its cultural implications. :)
