Sam taking care lot lot lot of dean after this nightmares cause its something we dont see unfortunately. Cause after the season 8 and 9 how sam treated dean we hadnt a true talk where sam show him that he is always his brother and that he love him in spite of lot of fails and mistakes.

Sam would trade himself, of course, bringing forth season 11. Dean will maybe switch places with him or free \lucifer in \n attempt to get Sam's soul out....? Perhaps that is the place the demons killed by the knife go, too? Meg, Ruby....??
