Heaven is having a Halloween party and all the supernatural people who have passed meet up and party angels and all

the night before halloween is the real one to watch out for. what is rowena up to?

Sam can't get the song out of his head. It's suddenly sinister instead of melancholy - he doesn't know where he is and more importantly, where's Dean?

Current day Sam and Dean are working a case during a busy Halloween celebration at a small town, and get caught up a bit in the things going on. Can include the case, or not, I'm hoping for some brotherliness and the little things.

There's a rickety old Halloween ride, or haunted house that's famous for being a thrill, or is nostalgic, or appealing for some other reason (or just close by). One of the boys convinces the other to go.

On the SPN Parody, Osric was a pretty appealing Sam - according to Jared, at least.
According to Osric, Jared always makes a pretty appealing Sam....

Castiel can see ghosts, even when they cannot manifest. The same way he can see demons true demonic being under their vessel's skin.
He is lonely, and so is Kevin.
They spend the night telling stories - their versions of horror stories, or regular stories - sometimes it is hard to find a story that is not horror.

Jess watches one too many Discovery Channel ghost-hunting shows and tries to get Sam to play along, Ghostfacers style.

I've prompted for this before and I'll prompt for it again (now)!
I just want John popping into Dean and Sam's lives, weirded out (or other things) by how they are living it, I want the clash between the hunter dusty physical life on the road, and the bunker, and maybe some shippy sneaking around, John finding out - but gen is awesome too, and first time is lovely.

(warning for possible consent issues)

It was no fun when Sam tied her up, but that doesn't mean there is no fun to be had.... and Halloween is the night in which this sort of potion is strongest.

Up to writer whether she is feeling shippy or wants to play herself.
Bonus points for brotherly pining, and for consent being considered - maybe it is even all consensual - but NOT must.
