Triggers
My main triggers - death, illness, choking, animals suffering. Please don't talk to me about those if possible, and not about talking/not talking about those, either. Thank you!
ETA: Discussion of health/dieting/fitness/"health" is a bad for me, and discussion of religion or anti-religion

I have a question about your triggers (it's just to do with figuring out what kind of stuff you need cuts for). Would it be ok to ask that, and is there a way I could do so that wouldn't hurt or trigger you in the asking?

We were just thinking about your illness triggers, you see. If we're going to have a real proper rant about a health issue, we always use a cut with an explanation of why. But in our daily posts we do tend to make reference to our energy levels, and things like feeling a bit "blah", or tired or achey, or sometimes our cognitive issues. It's nothing grapic or detailed, but I guess we just wanted to warn you / check how that would be for you.

We'll do our best to remember, but I can't honestly promise we'll cut every instance, as those issues are so much a part of our daily life that we often mention them without thinking. I do understand if you feel you can't read because of that.
